Awards

The primary goal of the Bright Ideas program is to get all of us to begin thinking about how to save time, money, or improve the quality of life at Emory. We encourage, capture, and reward innovation to foster the culture of a destination university. There are various award categories to recognize your contributions to the Bright Ideas program:

Staff Fest Recognition: All employees who submit ideas will receive special recognition at Staff Fest.

“Submitted Ideas” Prize Drawing: All submitted ideas that do not receive awards will be entered into a Bright Ideas Submittors drawing for a prize at Staff Fest. You do not need to be present to win.

Annual Grand Prize: Annually, the Committee will select the grand prize idea for a more significant cash award, commensurate with the value of the idea.
